A chocolate maker starts with the raw cacao bean to make their bar where a chocolatier buys pre-made chocolate to make their product. In starting the process from the cacao bean we are able to ensure our chocolate is ethically made.
We get our cacao beans whole and stone grind them for 72 hours. They then are roasted, shelled, and blened with organic cane sugar and organic cocoa butter. Each bar is individually wrapped by hand for you to enjoy!
