We start right from the Cacao Beans ethically sourced from various global regions. We start by hand-sorting all of the beans, then roasting, shelling (winnowing) and stone grind them for over 72 hours to ensure they are as smooth as possible. The chocolate is then tempered, molded and individually wrapped by hand for you to enjoy!
A chocolate maker starts with the raw cacao bean to make their bar where a chocolatier buys pre-made chocolate to make their product. In starting the process from the cacao bean we are able to focus on the quality of the chocolate and ensure they are ethically sourced and as pure as possible

We make all of our products in Manchester, NH! We'd love you to stop by - 195 McGregor Street, Manchester NH 03102. When you arrive, come to the front of the building and look for "Center Entrance" - We are straight through those main doors (...just follow your nose!)
