Build Your Own Chocolate Bar Class in New Hampshire
Join Loon Chocolate for a hands-on Build Your Own Chocolate Bar class in New Hampshire, hosted inside our Manchester chocolate factory. This immersive 2.5-hour experience guides guests through the full bean-to-bar chocolate making process — from cacao bean to finished bar.
The class begins with an introduction to the cacao plant and the history of chocolate, followed by time in our production kitchen where you’ll experience every step of chocolate making. Participants will sort beans, refine chocolate, and finish by creating three personalized chocolate bars to take home at the end of the class. For guests looking for a tasting-focused experience, our Guided Chocolate Tasting Class offers a relaxed introduction to flavor, origin, and craft.
Good to Know
- A minimum of 4 participants is required for the class to run; maximum class size is 10 participants.
- Closed-toe shoes are required. Participants with long hair must tie it back.
- This class is recommended for guests ages 12 and up.
- Please notify us in advance of any food allergies or intolerances.
- Still photography is welcome; audio and video recording are not permitted.
