Build your own chocolate bar class

Join us for an immersive 2.5 hour class will teach you everything you ever wanted to know about the chocolate making process! 

The class beings in our Manchester, NH chocolate factory with a brief overview of the cacao plant and the history of chocolate before we bring you back into the kitchen to learn the chocolate making process! In the kitchen you will get to experience all chocolate making steps, starting from sorting beans and ending with pouring bars into molds. The highlight of the class is sure to be the creation of three personalized chocolate bars that you get to take home with you at the end of the evening! 

Fine Print

• A minimum of 4 participants is required for the class to run; the maximum class size is 10 participants.

• Closed-toe shoes are required. Participants with long hair must tie it back.

• Participants must be 12 years of age or older.

• Please let us know in advance about any food allergies or intolerances—we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible.

• Still photography is welcome to help you remember your visit. We kindly ask that guests refrain from audio and video recording during the class.
